About the role

You’ll work across markets, close deals that matter and help shape how we build partnerships that drive lasting change. That means navigating public and private ecosystems, handling complexity on the ground and staying calm under pressure.

If you’ve worked in fintech, telecom, FMCG, retail distribution or financial services, you’ll feel right at home. Experience with policy partnerships is a plus. You’re comfortable with field logistics, local dynamics and CRM tools that bring structure to fast-moving work.

In this role, you will

  • Drive revenue and expansion through strategic partnerships across Africa and other emerging markets

  • Identify and close high-value deals that support Blipply’s growth

  • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships

  • Lead local engagement efforts with clarity and confidence

  • Travel frequently and work within tight timelines and ambitious targets

  • Convert opportunity into measurable performance

  • Build trust, adapt to local dynamics and lead with humility and good humour

Your background

  • Have a proven track record in sales, business development or commercial partnerships

  • Are driven by targets, outcomes and measurable results, not just activity

  • Are confident leading negotiations, closing deals and delivering against revenue goals

  • Have experience working across cultures and markets, especially in Africa

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Speak additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic or African languages (a strong plus)

  • Are driven, engaged, proactive and problem-solving by nature

  • Are ready for a full-time, high-energy role that demands focus and resilience

  • Thrive in both formal and informal settings, and build relationships with authenticity
