About Blipply
At Blipply, we are on a mission to change how people access financial opportunity through technology. Just like mobile money transformed everyday transactions, we believe the next breakthrough will come from tools that are simple, trusted, and made for real people.
Right now, millions of informal merchants and consumers are blocked by systems that are too slow, too expensive, or not designed for them. As digital commerce grows, so does the gap. We are here to close it. We are building a future where access, speed, and trust are not features. They are the starting point.
If that sounds like something you want to be part of, you’re in the right place.
About the role
As our field sales supervisor, you will lead a small team of sales agents focused on engaging with informal merchants, onboarding new users and building awareness of Blipply’s products and services. You’ll work closely with the growth and operations teams to translate strategy into results – but your real value will come from your presence on the ground, side-by-side with your team, setting the pace and keeping energy high.
You will plan daily field activity, support and train agents, monitor performance, gather insights from the market and step in to solve challenges as they arise. You are not only a supervisor – you’re a motivator, coach and role model who leads by example.
In this role, you will
Lead daily outreach and onboarding activity across key areas
Coach and motivate field agents to hit their goals
Track performance, solve local challenges, and report on progress
Be active in the field with your team, building a culture of energy and resilience
Your background
Sales or outreach experience in fast-moving environments (FMCG, fintech, telecom)
Experience managing or coordinating small teams
Comfortable working across diverse communities
Fluency in English and Swahili
Driven, engaged, proactive and problem-solving by nature
What we offer
A chance to build something real in a high-impact space
Autonomy and ownership in how you lead and deliver results
Opportunities for career growth as the company scales
A performance-driven culture with strong local support
