Managing your online shop with Blipply
Updating product information: To keep your shop’s inventory accurate, go to the Inventory section under My Shop. Inventory adjusts automatically after each purchase, so it’s always up-to-date.
Editing an item: Tap the stock number to adjust quantity or tap the item’s picture to edit details like price, image, and description.
Adding a new item: Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select “Add Item” to enter new product information.
Any changes you make update instantly, ensuring your inventory is always accurate for customers.
Tracking customer orders: Blipply sends notifications for each order. You can view and manage orders in the app, whether for delivery or pickup, making it easier to stay on top of customer needs.
Providing digital receipts: For every purchase, whether in-store or online, both the merchant and the customer receive a detailed receipt. This includes information on items purchased, quantities, total price, counterpart, and a timestamp. You can access these receipts anytime from the transaction history section or the customer profile, where all past transactions are conveniently displayed.
Boosting visibility with Blipply’s map
Increased visibility: Your shop will be showcased to potential new customers who might not have been aware of its existence previously.
Enhanced presentation: On the map, your shop will be represented with a photo, name, and opening hours, providing a visually appealing and informative snapshot to potential customers.
Online shopping option: Customers browsing the map will have the convenience of purchasing directly from your online shop.By leveraging the merchant map feature, you can attract more customers and boost sales by tapping into a broader audience base.
